Our Story
We believe the places we stay have the power to shape how we experience a destination.
A home can be more than four walls. It can be where families reconnect, where milestones are celebrated, and where the little moments become the ones we remember long after the trip ends.
Roxy Rentals began with our very first duplex in Northeast Minneapolis: The Boho Bungalow. What started as a way to help offset our mortgage quickly became something much bigger.
We discovered that hospitality wasn't just about providing a place to sleep—it was about creating an experience. Guests noticed the details. The fresh flowers, thoughtfully designed spaces, local recommendations, and the feeling that someone genuinely cared about their stay. The Boho Bungalow became more than our first property—it became the foundation for everything Roxy Rentals is today.
That same philosophy continues to guide every home we welcome guests into. Every space is intentionally designed, every stay is thoughtfully considered, and every decision begins with one simple question: Will this make our guests feel more at home?

We believe great design isn't about filling a room—it's about creating a space that feels effortless, welcoming, and functional. Every piece has a purpose. If it doesn't serve the guest, it doesn't earn its place. From the artwork on the walls to the coffee maker in the kitchen, every detail is intentionally chosen to enhance the experience.
Homes with Heart
We believe the best homes are the ones that are genuinely loved. Some of our homes are thoughtfully designed retreats created with guests in mind. Others are homes our own family returns to throughout the year. No matter the address, every home is cared for with warmth, intention, and the same attention to detail as if we were welcoming friends through the front door.
