🧩Inside the Design Process at Roxy Rentals: Where Style 🎨 Meets Stay🏡

At Roxy Rentals, design isn’t an afterthought—it’s the foundation of everything we do. Each space is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it’s an immersive experience built around comfort, personality, and thoughtful detail. Behind every perfectly fluffed pillow and color-coordinated coffee table book is a hands-on process rooted in intention.

Enter Janine—better known as JJ—the creative force behind the signature Roxy Rentals style. With an eye for design and an intuitive sense of how guests want to feel, JJ leads every project with purpose. She doesn’t just decorate a space—she choreographs it. From visualizing where the golden-hour sunlight hits just right to mixing vintage finds with modern pieces, JJ brings each room to life with strategy and heart.

It all starts with the guest experience. Whether it’s a romantic weekend escape or a bestie-fueled girls’ trip, JJ envisions how the space will actually be lived in. Where will you drop your bags? What will you reach for when winding down at night? What nook is perfect for your morning matcha—or that must-have selfie? These aren’t afterthoughts—they’re the blueprint.

From there, she dives in. JJ personally selects every item, styles every corner, and fine-tunes every visual until the vibe clicks. She’s been known to rearrange a space five different ways until it feels just right. And yes—she sits on every sofa to confirm it’s Netflix-marathon-approved. Because style without comfort? Not on her watch.

But JJ’s design goes deeper than aesthetics. Her work is rooted in how guests feel. That’s why she obsesses over plush linens, intuitive layouts, fully stocked kitchens, and surprise touches like beach towels, board games, or handwritten welcome notes. It’s those behind-the-scenes details that turn a pretty rental into a memorable stay.

No two Roxy Rentals properties are the same—but every one carries JJ’s touch: intentional, layered, personal. So whether you’re staying at a Boho Bungalow or a Luxe Retreat, you’ll feel that signature warmth, charm, and effortless ease the moment you walk in.

Ready to stay somewhere that feels like it was styled just for you? JJ already thought of that. Come see what she’s been dreaming up.
